True Naturetreats was born from our personal experience of yoga, meditation and wild nature exploration. Our retreats combines the exploration of the outer and inner world, reconnecting with nature around us and our true inner nature.

Our retreats take place in the forests, mountains and coastline of Sweden. Our locations are away from the touristic spots, except for the our home village the ski resort Åre  - where you can join us for intense weekends of yoga practice combined with skiing. Each of our choosen locations has its own unique story, discovered through our passion, curiosity, and connection with people who share our values and adventurous spirit.
